I want settlement but police not cancelling the FIR, what can be done

Greeting of the day Ive been smashed by rickshaw on 1st jan 2017 and today 27th jan 2017 have lodge an F.I.R on 1st itself so the person been accused and came out on the 4 jan 2017 on bail he dosent have any insurance and insurance settelment person back off and his Rickshaw been released from the police station i asked the police man who was handeling the case for the settelment but he denied and was crosquestioning me why you complained against him if you wanted settelment Soo would be needing assistance regarding incident
Have u copy of the f.i.r.?if yes than u can file a complaint in concerned court to cancellation to order to realize the auto.. or u can make complaint to superintendent of police regarding the behavior of policeman..
Hi once fir is made you can't cancel it. The matter is in court now attend the court if you want to punish the guy if you want compensation from thim file case before MACT Court. You have to go to court and go with the procedure.
