in your question it is clear that you have decree in your favour and also filled execution in Chennai for recovery of money . In this further activity is execution process not reopen case. Therefore as per civil procedure code your counsel will fill process form for execution matter if opposite party will not taken objection then court will attached properties as per your knowledge and sold for your recovery

Sir, when you get a money decree, you need to file an execution case for execution of the decreed order in your favor before the same court. The execution case will be proceeded in the court and after notice if the opponent had not Challanged the order before higher court will proceed for execution of your decreed order and ask the opponed to comply with theorder otherwise on failure of opponed to comply with theorder the court ask for details of the opponents property so that it can be attached or auctioned and decreed order will be complied in execution case.
