yes you can file a police complaint against your uncle if your uncle has committed fraud against you and it came to your knowledge within 3 years, also mention in the police complaint that what lost you are suffering due to that fraud committed by your uncle by making your false signature, the police will register the complaint and in case the police do not register the complaint you can file a private complaint before the court of chief judicial magistrate

If someone does any fraud by giving false promises in trading ur money in stock market and then he loses 80% capital.. Can a complaint can be registered to sue him or to regain back capital

sir is this the share market advisory which had committed fraud against you by giving wrong advice, if the share advisory has charged you for giving advice and the advice of the share advisory went wrong and you suffered losses, if the share advisory charged you alot and has given wrong advice you can complain to your nearest police station and in case of any advisor in investing your money committed fraud against you you can complaint in SEBI and can get his licence cancelled

sir i received a meme on child pornography on whatsapp.My whatsapp has auto-download.so i was sending a different video to my freind but by mistake i sent that video.so cyber crime accusing me of sending a child pornography video. please provide me a good advice what would i do now....

Sir, now the cyber cell is taking strict action against the person accused of doing wrong in cyber world. So if you have recieved summons from the cyber cell kindly apply for bail if any non bailable section are added in FIR filed against you.

Q: Fraud, physical sexual abuse,falls pretext of marriage

My bf cheated on me, we are in relationship since 6 yrs... He has been misguiding me about marriage from years. He made me pregnant twice and done my abortion..The 2nd abortion was a forceful one i was not ready for that but he abused me misbehaved me then threatened to leave me ,and then after emotional blackmail did my abortion..I m physically emotionally and mentally destroyed now. These physical and mental stress is making my condition worse.. after his need is done he left talking to me now and not responding me. He is abusing , threatening and even provoking and telling me to die.And told many times that no issue i will prefer to go jail u do somethingHeSince many years he is putting different excuses for marriage.. He is responsible for my present health conditions and stress.Kindly suggest me what can i do

Madam you can file complaint against your boyfriend in local police station for many offenses like physical and sexual exploitation against promice of marrige, abatement to sucide, thretning, assault, forceful abortion are the major one.
