I got exparte injunctio from court do i need police order as well now
05-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
after getting exparte injunction order from the court,do i again to appeal for police to implement the order or not ? injunction order certified by the court is not sufficient to implement by the police people? what more actually does the police need to implement the injunction order? what law says on the injunction order passed after exparte decision?
HI
An interim order per se is an order in your favour and that police will be duty bound to protect you from any violation of the interim order.
An interim order can only be implemented by police if the court directs them so. So you need to get directions from court for implementation of an interim order.
