I got exparte injunctio from court do i need police order as well now

after getting exparte injunction order from the court,do i again to appeal for police to implement the order or not ? injunction order certified by the court is not sufficient to implement by the police people? what more actually does the police need to implement the injunction order? what law says on the injunction order passed after exparte decision?

HI
An interim order per se is an order in your favour and that police will be duty bound to protect you from any violation of the interim order.
An interim order can only be implemented by police if the court directs them so. So you need to get directions from court for implementation of an interim order.

Why You need police aid?
2.if you want to need protection from third party, you have to approach court of law for Excutition of said decree 3.another option contempt proceedings against decree holder

you can file a petition with the concerned court which ordered injunction and move petition for violation of orders in you can get police protection through that petition and mandating them to stop nusience
