Although unsoundness of mind is a ground for divorce, there is no where any mention of bipolar depression as a ground for divorce. If your disease is curable i dont think court will grant you divorce. If your disease is not curable and your spouse is suffering because of ur depression then the case may be otherwise. People needs partner when depressed, so high chance is that court may allow you both to reconcile your problems.
