Husband withdrew money from mis joint account without consent

My husband withdrew money from mis post office joint account without consent, he said he was primary holder, he can withdraw, but it was a joint account, can he withdraw all moeny without my sign and concern
Dear Madam,
It is advisable to check the User Policy Terms and Condition with the Post Office Accounts. If they do not provide you file an RTI and ask the specific questions whetherone person can withdraw the money without obtaining consent of other Account Holder. You can also file a complaint in this regard to Police that they withdraw the money without your consent.
