How to take advantage of a recent judgement

These cases are pertain to Allahbad High Court - Lucknow Bench (Misc. bench) The writ petitions No. 10284 (MB), 10310 (MB), 10319 (MB) of 2017 of some medical colleges, are allowed by Order dated 15/06/17. In opposition this order, the medical Counsel of India goes to Supreme Court Vide SLP No. 17624/ 2017 & the same is dismissed by SC vide order dated 04/08/17. Hence finally the order of High Court dated 15/06/17 is now operative. Thereafter, some more petitions of Similar situated colleges/ students are filed before the High Court vide 14703, 14590, 11576, 12378, 18883, 18819 and were allowed the benefit of Order dated 15/06/17. Now, I & some other, as a similar situated student, filed the case before Lucknow High court Bench for obtaining the benefit of order dated 15/06/17. Kindly let me know, the possibility of decision in our favour.
If there are orders on the subject matter in the identical cases then you will also get same orders if the facts and circumstances of your case are similar to the cases in which the previous orders have been passed. Copy of the writ petition filed by you and the orders passed in similar cases are required to be looked into for giving you assurance.Come up with the file for further assistance.
