Absolutely nothing is to be done. You are the owner of the roof and you have every right to install a rooftop mobile tower. Now my question is how those people came to know about the mobile tower,which was your plan. Now I don't know how deep the situation is until you shed more light on it.As a precautionary measure you can do a G. D in the local police station. But you need to explain more if you want us to help you more in this situation.

1. You can file a civil suit in representative capacity praying for injunction restraining such act before the civil court having jurisdiction over the area on which such act is going on
2. You may file a public interest litigation retraining such act before hon'ble High court.
3. Or you may knock the door of Green Tribunal

But first of all the ground is to be determined, like if there is a member in your society having a pacemaker, that will be the strongest ground for restraining such act, however there are many other grounds also

MY OPINION THAT you have the ample scope /scopes to move at competent forum /forums at different ways against all wrong doings, as well as you have make strong allegation / allegations against that party to recover damages.

Sir, you would be advised to write a mass petition, that is, a petition saying something factual, and signed by many persons, and submit it to relevant authorities including police station. That way it may stop. Please contact for more details.
