How to sell the property belonging to a minor

respected sir i want to sell property which is in name of me and my 4 childrens among 1 daughter is minor .we are in very hurry and we dont have time to wait and get permission from court is their any alternative please tell us

if disposed off property belong to minor without getting permission from court .you doing illegal act which is voidable . you have to file civil petition .neither you will be in great danger

Dear client you can't sold the property with out court permission and there is no any other alternative for it. You can justify the court about the bonafied requirement for benefit of joint hindu family.

Dear Client, The correct course of action is to go to the court and seek permission of the court to sell the property, however if its not possible, you can sign on behalf of the minor as the guardian and natural father and execute a sale Deed and get it duly registered in the appropriate registration office. In the sale deed you will have to mentioned that the proceeds are going to be used for the benefit of the minor.

yes you can sell the property on behalf of minor being her natural guardian ..making avarment in the agreement that property is required to be sold for the benefit of family or necessity and other should also be made party to it.
