How to prove the legality of a will

Sir, I had registered will dated 2006 of my grandfather with favour immovable assest to me. Defenden had will dated 2007 notarised, from a village called brahmpuri. Favouring immovable assets to my grandfather daughter? How can I proof, my will is geniniun, legalised and valid? Thank you Ashish

Hi as you are saying your will is registered than the notarized will do not in court of law. Rest it is depends on case what documents you have presented in court and pleading are made. When your grandfather died etc
