The given information is not sufficient to give opinion. What type of suit is pending. Nobody can snatch another's property by a simple trust. To get clarification you have to provide full details. Consult lawyer by phone or email
Hi
Normally temple formed by a private trust and registered under endowments act do not come under public necessity and as such they cannot claim private neighbouring lands for their (temple expansion).
You have all the possibilities to protect your house by filing a writ in High court and asking the high court to issue directions to the trust to NOT to interfere with your property.
Case law" M.P. Housing Board v. Mohd. Shaft & Ors., 1992 (2) SCC 168

unless, the Government (in some occasions) seeks to obtain your house for the purpose of the development of the said temple under due procedure of law, a trust alone can not squeeze your property.
you should specify about the pending civil suit (for what relief, against whom file by whom etc.,).

Dear client,
No body will not occupy your property without your consent. You must project your case in the legal civil suit which is pending. You must have legal valid title like Title Deeds, House Tax Receipts to show your title and possession to your property.
