How to proceed with annulment of marriage

Sir plss help me. A transgender has married me by hiding his identity. He has spoiled my life .sir I want law to punish him and make this marriage anulled on the basis of impotency. Sir he has also taken dowery from account to account transfer.I am hindu
There are grounds on which you can file cases of divorce. There are provisions in Hindi Marriage Act. You have to do things in ambit of that Act. The suit for annulment of marriage will be filed in competent court of original civil jurisdiction.
