SHE IS NOW MISUSING MY HOUSE & AND GIVING ME DEATH THREAT.SHE NEITHER GIVES ME WATER BILL NOR OTHER BILL . HER HUSBAND IS ALSO A CRIMINAL TYPE PERSON.SO I WANT SEAL(LOCKED) MY PROPERTY THROUGH COURT TO SAFE MY HOUSE. SHE IS USING MY WHOLE HOUSE & DESTROYING IT.HOW CAN I DO THIS?
you can file a suite for injunction too have an interim relief but want to know some specific dates regarding purchase, transfer will and death of your near ones without that we cant proceed further as that will decide what further we have to do.

hello
the property was ancestral and hence others also had a share including your sister. but your grandmother transferred it to your parents in her life, therefore, it became your parents' property. now they transferred it to you. it belongs to the person it was transferred to. your sister is in illegal possession of the same and you should obtain a temporary injunction against her from the court. in case the civil suit is not proceeding, a petition should be filed in the HC to expedite the process.

you can file a criminal complaint against her and her husband you can also file a injection suit in civil court and a declaration suit and that is not your father self earned property so she and other sister have equal right in that property
