How to get my flat which is mortgaged but registered as well

My flat was registered but already in mortigate property so how can I get my flat. Now I am already in my flat but mortgage owner noticed me in court ?

Hi
Not sure how did you get your flat registered when there was already a mortgage on the property.
So you should issue notices to the seller immediately and claim damages and compensation from him.

Did you not checked whether the property was mortgaged or not in Encumbrance . was the property mortgage before you got it sale deed and what is your on this aspect , as he is the key person between both of You. This suggestion only. At time of regulation you have to go through the EC of 60 years but you did or not . Your seller has informed same prior your regulation but it is vain. You have face legal procedure. Demand ed your seller to clear off martgage debt with help of elders. You seller cheated you , otherwise you have to file private criminal case against your seller before the concernt honble court.
