How to get justice for the delay of sessions due to the University

The session was running late due to the negligence of my university: I lost a total of two years during the course of completion of my BSc(2011-2014) completed in 2015 and MSc(2014-2016) completed in 2018. How do I get justice for this delay?
You have to move for writ in article 226 and according to university act to high court but before that you have to satisfied me briefly that which type of loss has happened with you due to negligence of your university for late session
