How to get a court ordered generalised for all affected parties

06-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir, The Guwahati High Court has passed an order to pay SDA with arrears to the central govt. employees transferred to North East Region from other region, irrespective of all India transfer liability and accordingly, the SDA payment were made to the employees whose names were included in the petition and the govt. authority refused to pay the same to other employees as their names were not included in the court order. Therefore, my question is how can we get the court order generalised for other employees also. thanks with regards

If the Honourable Gauhati High Court passed an order directing to pay SDA with arrears to the Central Govt Employee transferred to the North East region, but if the Department is paying only to the person's whose names are included in the petition then it clearly evitable that the Department is not properly complying with the order of the Honourable Court. Then you can file a contempt petition before the Honourable Court stating the non compliance of the order by the Department. Thanks

you all have to prefer execution of the said order of the Hon'ble High Court before the same bench who has been pleased to pass the said order. prior to that you have to apply to get the said benefit before the competent authority and after rejection of your prayer youcan prefer your appeal before the Hon'ble High Court.
