Maintenance suit can be filed at anywhere where the couple reside or at such other placed where they have lived in Delhi. The subordinate court with the local jurisdiction is the appropriate court and appropriate maintenance will be provided to you .

Hi, You need to clarify what kind of maintenance case , it’s between husband wife or major children and old parents. You have to be specific , for matrimonial related you need to approach district family court or Mahila Court of the district as per the jurisdiction, if filling under maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizen act you need to approach the DC court .
