Dear Sir/Madam, if you have any query their services and subject matter of yours, you have to give one written representation to the said KEA, if not comply the same, you have to issue a legal notice through your lawyer to them, even they have not complied the demand of your notice, thereafter you have to file Petition before Hon'ble High Court in respect of your affect on your rights and to file the same and take direction for the same and etc.,.

Basically there should be a grievance for approaching the judicial forum. You have not specified your problem. However, you need to address your grievance to the KEA directly seeking relief. If KEA either refuses to grant you the relief sought for or does not respond within the time limitation, you are at liberty to approach Karnataka Administrative Tribunal with a petition in the prescribed format. Certain documents evidencing your grouse and grounds for your approaching the KAT needs to be furnished. The petition shall mention the names and addresses of the Petitioners and Respondents. The petition shall be accompanied by verification affidavit, list of documents, copies of documents. Language of your petition shall be simple and straight.
