How to file civil suit in lower courts

I am a law graduate. I want to file regular civil suit in lower court. I am not registered with Bar Council. Can I file civil suit in lower court without hiring Advocate.

Yes you can .... there are cases where court allows parties to appear in person .... it's just that you have to file your case papers perfectly.... as the proceedings in lower court are mainly depend on documents .....all the best

as per given information by client,

No person has right to file and argue the court case except petitioner in person ( a person can argue his own case in person). Another remedy- the only advocate who is enrolled in State Bar Council can file and argue any case in any court in India. Any person who is not advocate, can't file and argue the case of thier own relative or parents.

only to this Exception is Public Interest Litigation can file a case in High Court ( Article 226 of Constitution) and Supreme Court (Article 32 of Constitution) by any person if a question concerning the enforcement of a fundamental right is involved.

So in my view, U can't file the case in lower court except if ur petitioner in person. Advise- Hire a Advocate to file and argue case in lower court
