Hi,The action taken at the behest of your neighbour is encroachment and there are various you can take recourse of. Firstly you can file complaint in office of municipal corporation and you can lodge a first information report but if I may I'll ask you to send a legal notice.
Q: Consequences in case of DV case filed by husband living abroad
Hello, I am working in saudi, my wife left my home after 2 month of marriage in year 30/3/2014, i came to Saudi Arabia 5/5/2014 for job purpose, until now i am in Saudi. now after 3 years my wife filed DV case on my whole family. i am in depression, she asking for maintenance 20000 per month or 12 lakh lumsum. she is totally harass me . my parents apointed the lawyer already in mumbai, but i am still worry , becz i am not familier with this lawyer, i cant trust on him fully, .. please help me that to provide some information.. , DV case can harm to my parents , harm to my job and economically. ?

It is a serious issue though but can be handelled. The first thing is to protect the family members by taking bail and then going to Hon'ble High Court. It might get tricky so you need a lawyer whom you trust completely

Sir, I had invested amount of INR 1.lac in 2015 with one up enterprises who promised to give monthly intrest for approx 3K I had received the same for entire year & thought to continue next year as well but from this year monthly return has been stoped syaing we are in loss, from last 6-8 months i am asking him to refund my money & he is simply delaying saying we are awating for some payment & once received we shall clear your paymnet with profit, it has been 7/9 momths but i gave not received the payment & he is extending by saying next month next month. What can be done in such situtaion, how can i recover my money

Your best option is to send notice to her and inform her vide aforementioned notice that she have to come back neither you will be ready to take action against her and the same might result in the initiation of divorce proceedings on basis of desertion

Hi,Your case is very different as the wife is going by her consent and she being a adult, she can go anywhere she wants. The only thing you can do is send her a legal notice asking her to stop this activities at once and neither you will approach family court for grant of divorce
