Sir
You should definitely appeal in high court against the order of district court. Plz let me know the decisions/ judgements of lower court and district court. Having an experience of years in civil cases , Will let you know everything after reading both judgements and will let you whether there is any merits in your case or not and also after going through your previous orders will let you know whether u going to gain anything out of appeal or not. You can appeal in 60 days from the date of order of district court, but my advice to you is to proceed as soon as possible to save further time.

Dear
In civil matters firstly the case is tried by the Civil Judge Junior or Senior Division and after decision the aggrieved party can approach District Judge and after that to the High Court and finally to the Supreme Court.
