Sir .. Mujhe ek civil case discuss krna hai.mene ek property li thi 2002 ...jispar case chala or 2015 mai vo mere favour m a gae bt maine decree ki fees nae bhari thi to decree nae hue ...tabhi se ek teanat vaha rhe rha hai 2002 se .joki na to rent deta hai mujhe ..mene usko 2015 m case jitne ke baad kha tum yaha se chale jao to usne kha hum nae jaenge to usne permanent injuction ka case dala humpar.joki court se meditation ke through hamare favour m dea or tenant ney withdrawl kr lea..humney permanet injuction ke against mai counter claim dala joki 2 saal se order m atak rkha h .tabhi beech mai jisne mujhe ye property bechi thi vo bhi a gya or tenant ke sath milkar bola mujhe bhi party banao to counter claim ab vo party ban rhi h ...mujhe case samjh nae a rha ki mera case or kitna lamba chalega mujhe apney tenant ko nikalna h to kya koi case lag skta h jis se vo jaldi nikal jae kyuki ab to uska permanent injuction bhi cancel ho gya ..uske oper 308 bhi lagi h property grab ke chakar m

Kindly consult to a better lawyer so u will get the decree of eviction once your lawyer fails why u r not change wyou lawyer you still dig a hole in your case and how law will protect you if all in your favourite

Hello, There is nothing called as Decree fees. You can file an execution petition to enforce your decree. Simultaneously, you need to file an eviction Petition to evict the tenant. It is advised you file it as soon as possible Regards Abhishek Yadav
