First of all you have to obtained alleged deed of sale from registration office and also obtain certified copy of mutation record from concerned Anchal office and examined them through local civil lawee whether your deceased mother had sold her land or nor if you became satisfied that your mother have not sold her land by her pen than you have to file a civil suit in your local civil court to declare the allaged deed of sale null and void and not binding upon you.

DEAR SIR
FIRST YOU NEED TO FILE AN OBJECTION CUM CORRECTION PETITION BEFORE THE CIRCLE OFFICE ANNEXING ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND FURTHER PRAY FOR ENTER YOUR NAME IN THE REVENUE RECORDS AND DELETING THE NAME OF THAT PERSON.
SECONDLY YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEE THE DOCUMENT OF OPPOSITE PARTY ,THAT SALE DEED OF YEAR 2002 IS REGISTERED OR NOT AND IF THE LAND IS IN YOUR POSSESSION THAN THERE IS NO BIG PROBLEM BUT IF THE LAND IN NOT IN YOUR POSSESSION THEN YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR DECLARING THE RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST OVER THE LAND IN QUESTION.
AND FOR DETAIL INFORMATION AND SUGGESTION YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MEET ME.

As per law ur mother owned the land and no sale.deed was executed as u were paying tax till 2015 which clear indicate that sale deed.and mutation is false .U have right to file an F.I.R against false execution of mutation .
