How to defend false accusations of theft

Dear sir Main gorari rohtas ka rahne wala hu. Kuch din pahle humare ghar me bagal me chori hui thi. Jab mere papa waha Gaye dekhne to waha unke ghar ke piche mere papa ka slipper Tha. To mere papa Jo sahi Tha o bol diye ki aare ye to mera slipper Hai to bas kuch log uske sath milkar mere papa par case Kara diye or paise ke dam par police ko mere papa ko arrest karane ke liye force karne lage. Oo humare village ke sare log mere papa ko jante Hai. But kuch dabang log mere papa ko fasana cahte Hai. Or district judge se case ko oppse Kara lar reject Kara diye. Or ab hamara case Patna transfer ho Gaya Hai. Please help me. Ab main Kya Kau
First, You have to file a bail application before hon'ble High Court and that should be filed within 90 days from the date of the impugned order. Later, at trial, the merit of the case will be argued.

Aapke query se bat clear nahi ho raha hai kya apke ke papa ka bail high court main pending hai? Case khatam karane ke liye fir ka quashing high court main file karna hoga.fir ka certified copy aur others document is ke liye chahiye
