How to appeal in high court for relaxation in age limit criteria

15-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir I am a 12 passed student and I had applied in NEET exam and i want to take admission this year only but there is problem in my DOB according to rules i should complete 17 years of age on or before 31-12-2018 but i am completing my 17 years age on 01-01-2019 means there is difference of only one day. I had asked for relaxation but they told me that only the way is to appeal in high court for relaxation under the section of mercy. So please tell me if it is possible or not and if yes then what is the procedure. Thanking You.

hello, this a matter of age relaxation and in your case seems its been mockery by the God itself, as per the rule of DOB if you have completed more than 6 months of your current age its counted as your next age but its already been inquired by you to the concern department it means they are pretty sure about their age criteria, in this case you can move your petition in the high court through the WRIT petition.
