06-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
The procedure for apply to municipal corporation authorities for deletion of non biological father 's name from birth certificate of minor child. The documentary evidence is court judgement of divorce petition decree allowed on grounds of adultery and cruelty in which it is clearly mentioned that this child belongs to another person. You can appear before the commissioner of the muncipal corporation and give your application for the deletion of the name, provided if the court has declared about the illegitimacy of the child. However, according to me, court would not have passed any such order. To declare the child as illegitimate then you have to file seperate suit for declaration regarding the same.

There is no such procedure as far as I know, but yes you can edit the details well within the time if you are allowed to do so. It is reprehensible of you to ask this question here. What would you gain out of this.
