How can i stop construction on land where stay is imposed

i have agriculture land in which we are 4 brother are cosharer, i am smaller one among all brother,they take all front of land and they give me land backside in which no road is passed ,i also filed case and took stay from court of that land , court ordered that they do not sell specific portion of land, but now they sell specific portion of land and make construction on that specific portion, noe u help me that how can i stop the construction of specific portion, there is any law to stop construction of specific porton.

U should file a petition under order 39 rule 2A CPC read with section 151 CPC.

It's contempt proceeding where respondents can be convicted for a period not less then 6 month but maximum 1 year.

U can restore d position by filling application under section 151 CPC before d court

You should immediate file police complaint by showing stay order and alsonshoild file contempt of court as they have violated order of hon'ble court. All the persons who have violated the order shall be behind the bars and sale deed will also be cancelled..

You can file a suit for partition andv ask for stay on any construction till the time partition is not done of the suit property. Also if you are not in possession of any portion of the suit property, you can ask for rendition of accounts for the share of your income

Make an application in court for contempt of court orders immediately and court will take action immediately. In the meantime approach police also and show them court orders for stopping those persons.

If the stay has been imposed by the Court of Ld. Civil Judge or Ld. District Judge and still the opposite party is deliberately not giving any concern to that stay then you can file a case for contempt of Court in the respective High Court.

I shall answer this question on the assumption that you have filed a suit a partion and consequent relief of permanent injunction. And stay would be with regards to alienation of property. You do two things: one move an application for amendment of plaint by stating fresh facts which have taken place after after the filing of suit. Further, in case land has been sold during the pendency of suit, array the subsequent purchasers as well. Secondly, move an application under order 39 Rule 4 for modification of stay order to the extent of stopping construction.
