This is very sad that people they don't complain about the wrong at right time. You need to tell about the episode and place at the same time things will be discussed during investigation and after that if prosecution comes into motion. It would be better you take advise of your advocate.

Criminal law has no expiry date you can file an f.i.r in police station stating the reasons why you did not file the f.i.r before if you do not want to go to the police station you can file a complaint writing what happened with you in court also you can contact me for further details
