How can I proceed against commercial property in residential area

Hello 1 year back I buy 1 flat(residential). total flats in apartment 10: And problem is remaining 9 flats building sale to a doctor.now he is using 6 flats for phisiocare.and 2 is his family.we dint like the environment.so can go legally ? If I go any chance to close phisiocare in my apartment?

Undertaking any commercial activity in a residential apartment is strictly prohibited under the eyes of law.
Physiocare is also a commercial activity.
Please escalate the matter to Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation and District Registering Authority( i.e. DM&HO of the District) and Telangana State Medical council asking them to cancel the licences ( if any) as the doctor cannot use a residential apartment for running his physio care.

sir what ever the nature of the flats your right over flat in sale deed having proper title prevails and you can proceed if your title is disputed and any infringement of the right etc., you can go as per the provisions of transfer of property act

Please go through medical department rules for establishing a hospital or clinic and if it does not come under the rule then file an RTI and check whether it has license or not and if has license then ask the licensing authority to explain how they gave it without checking all the requirements.
