How can i get away from filing a FIR


21-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I found a screw in my food from a resturant, so I had updated the same with pics on fb, I got a call from a cop regarding this and asked me to come to police station.. I chdcked with him any fir was filed and he said none. However i am not comfortable in going to police station, So i removed the pics from fb and I'm still getting the call from the cops, what would you suggest? But I do not want to go to police station.. I'm fall under the cliche..

Once u take license running restorent..

Second thing
You record the call and send to online Complent...

No wrong committed by u, if ur still getting calls U better approach higher police officer with ur problem any how u have to approach the higher officer u may take help of ur lawyer and ur Lawyer may lodge complaint on behalf u also

Why do you scare,its restaurant need to scare for loosing it's good will for screw in food.

Of course did public awareness by punishing in face book
Police cannot file FIR so tell the truth and justify with evidence you have on facts
If you won't respond the police think you are making false allegations

If police found after preliminary investigation on you that you are innocent no FIR Will be lodged

Instead uploading you could have issued notice against the restaurant and filed consumer case against him.
With regard to the uploading the post in fb: you ask the police to send their notice with the copy of the complaint.
If the police calling you without spending written notice, you may file complaint against them to their higher authority.
And meanwhile you can issue legal notice through your advocate
