Before suggesting any course of legal action,it is essential for me to go through your legal documents. Please make available your title deed, ROR, BLRO mutation certificate and property tax receipt and contact lawRato for further instructions.

I am a part of firm situated at high court Kolkata. Yes you can go to high court directly but you need to file a original side writ petition in which the the filing fee will be 75 thousand and for us to draft it and then to contest it we will be charging you 20. Lump sum amount to do the first hearing will be one lakh...later on on each hearing we will be charging accordingly. Now if you are ready to pay contact through Lawrato. One more thing you can come to us directly and we can discuss how to proceed in this matter as we still don't know where the property is situated.
