Grandson challenging Grandma's will

05-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Can I challenge my Grandmother's will which is in favour of my uncle ? Additionally my Uncle has taken signatures from all his brothers(including my father) and sisters that they have no legal right in this property which he has got though Grandma's will. Also I am 24 years old now, will this age create me any problem if I contest the case, as I heard with in 2 years after attaining 18 I should have contested else it becomes invalid.

If your consent was taken for relinquishing your rights over the property before you were 18 years old, only then you will have to apply for revocation of your consent within 3 years after attaining the age of majority.

Your grandmother can make will of her share in the ancestral property and her self aquired property. If the will is made in respect of the entire ancestral property, then you can challenge before the court.
Get the entire documents pertaining to the property for proper opinion on the same.
