Govt is going to make a railway under bridge in front of our shop. I want to take stay against this under bridge . What should I do ?

You can file a suit of permanent injunction on the ground of right of easement and right to life and personal liberty . Moreover you can take a stay against the government in the court of law so that they won't build bridge in front of your shop. For more consultation plz contact.

Hello Sir if govt is doing to make a railway bridge then its policy of govt.you have not cleared your query.railway or bridge making is govt projects for the welfare of people.are thre some more shops pl clarify this issue also

U cannot demand for stay order Instead demand for compensation for the loss Or some shop outlet Bcz it's the balancing of societal interest and individual interests For sure government wil pay heed to ur rights involved if demanded for
