Fraudulently taken signature on blank papers by lawyer

Sir, how to file and where to file a complaint against lawyer that is who has taken signature on blank papers and made some more forgery signature and filed bogus cases and damaged the rights. How to recover the rights which are lost by lawyers fraud. Currently fdp is going on which is filed by opposits . So is it possible to mention such fraud in such fdp case to cancel the all the cases
A fraud can be shown to Court even at the stage of FDP . And just by some signatures cases will not be decided in courts against any one. You can be represented by a lawyer in FDP and he can bring the matter of fraud to Court.

You can file complaint against advocate in consumer court alleging what happened to u in your case with documents later u can also lodge complaint before bar council of karnataka with all doucument how he has done mistake but u cant tell all in fdp
