Hello I have perused your query. In this case you have an option of filing a civil suit for declaration, possession and injunction.

Also you can file a criminal complaint of cheating/fraud and forgery directly before the magistrate of competent jurisdiction.

The limitation is 3 years which starts from the date of your knowledge about the incident.
You should file case for cancellation of sale and make the buyer a party as well.
File criminal case against the person who has misused the POA
