Purchaser beware. Purchaser should be careful while purchasing any article, verify its documents, bonafideness and only satisfying himself that he is buying a product worth it. In your case, you have been cheated, put to loss. You are at liberty to file a police complaint for cheating, criminal breach of trust. You may also approach consumer forum against the authorised dealer.

File a complaint to the jurisdictional police station. You can also issue a notice through a lawyer asking them to refund your money and take return of the car. Please consult an Advocate with the relevant papers and he/she will guide you appropriately.
