Fraud by Hyderabad company (original documents)

Hi my name is Gaurav live in Delhi, there is a company based in Hyderabad they had a condition before joining, in that I have to submit my original certificate to them which I did but when i received their offer letter they have differents which I don't agreed and asked them to return my original certificate by saying we will send that but they don't they are trapping people by taking original if someone wants to leave so they ask to pay amount first then they will release the document.plz suggest.
First of all you need to send a compulsory legal notice to the defaulter in which you must write to give your documents and the money if any within 15 days or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you file for registration of FIR. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Initially you have deposited your original documents which they are not returning now. It is better to send a legal notice asking them to return your documents otherwise legal case will follow. We can also file a criminal complaint against such company.

it is a case of fraud ....and extortion .... u can make complaint to econimic offences wing ... and if there are more people like you who are trapped in this fraud then you all can lodge complaint and your case will become stronger

what is the proof of submission of original certificate to the company? any acknowledgement of receipt by company? if you have the proof then lodge police complaint against the company. you can also complaint to ROC. you can apply for duplicate copies of certificate from concern authorities.
