Your First duty is to submit an application before the Concern B.L. & L.R. O for correction of L.R. Khatian or parcha. and after receiving said application from you, B.L. & L.R.O will issued notice upon both the party to show valid papers before him to correction the L.R. Khatian. On the said date you may show him the entire papers from R.S. Khatian to your father's purchase deed. Then you submit another application to mutate the land in favour of you by showing the death certificate of your father and legal Hair Certificate and NOC from other legal heirs, if any. There is no necessity for obtaining Successsion Certificate from the court.
