Take out the required information relating to the no. Of children born after 1995 to the sarpanch under rti and if you have sufficient proof then file a fir against the sarpanch. File complaint to the concerned divisional commissioner appending all the documentary evidences substantiating your allegation. If you are defeated candidate then file a election petition challenging the election of the sarpanch.

Hi, If you have proper evidences to prove the fault of that Panch, you can proceed with a simple application along with the evidences to your District Magistrate of collector. He will definitely take action after verifying the evidences. So need not to take any other action. that is sufficient.
