Factory creating air and sound pollution which is effecting health

My family is suffering from air & sound pollution due to a factory shed very closely built next to our house.the sound evolved due to grinding & welding of iron & steel items is severely affecting the health condition of my family members.also different kind of toxic smell is causing breathing issue.kindly suggest measures to get rid off from the pollution.also it starts from morning 8a.m and goes even in odd hours sometimes beyond 10p.m.as per my knowledge the factory does have a proper fire licence or a trade licence.even many a times I have verbally requested the factory owner to to stop making huge sound generating from grinding time.the health condition of my mother is under serious threat & high possibility of some unseen incident.hence kindly suggest & advice for a strong legal action & the same could be treated a punishable offence.
