Encroachment by the promoters of residential complex

We live in a residential complex of 24 units.The promoters have made an office room occupying the portion of building in the ground floor which is the part of building meant for us as per sanctioned plan. Moreover the promoters have sold Garage Space more than they have in their hands. In addition they have violated the municipal plan enormously like there are no provisions for entrance of Fire Brigade on the site, no fire safety arrangements for prevention of fire inside, alteration of construction,narrowing of road etc. They are also constructing other buildings in front of our buildings without any provisions of wide road and have not taken any measure for controlling noise & dust pollution.
