Does divorce create hindrance in getting employment

Hi, My question is about if anyone is under the process of getting state govt job and facing (or may face) family disputes like divorce case or 498,506. will create a problem? for appointment. pls advise. with best regards.

That won't be much of a problem. You are presumed innocent unless proved guilty. Law has its own process. If at all your named in the FIR you can very well take legal recourse and if you could show your bonafide then no probs throughout.

Facing a trial does not create any kind of hindderance unless a person is convicted. Even though there is no effect in appointment in govt. job, but can be suspended if he is undergoing punishment in jail.

Such cases of matrimonial disputes don't create any problem in getting the job. Problem is when if there are allegations of moral turpitude. Case of divorce and case under section 498.a or 406 IPC will have no negative effects
