Cousin obtained stay order on HC judgement it it valid to do so

Sir, A court case was finalised since 1986 by the KERALA HIGH COURT in favour of my father regarding 02 Mtrs width way from main road to my home through my cousin sister's land. Sir as per the final judgement order the opposite party they are no right to appeal against the same case and suspended. Meanwhile criminal minded she is approach to the lower court again and earn stay order illegally. And violating High Court judgement order. Dear sir in this connection what I want to do? And your kind great advice requested please.

In fact your question is vague. When a case is finalized in High court, on what ground a petition for stay filed in lower court? A stay petition doesn't have independent existence. So alone with which main petition, the stay petition is filed.. Is important to be known first. You can also call me for further
