Hi Madam/Sir,
District civil courts are functioning or not in Karnataka .? from fast 3 months, every month in my case status update, I can see as like, Case is called at (Time) & lawyers are abscent. Call on....When I checked with my lawyer, he told court is closed..I am curious, if court is closed, who is updating status in the website and why updating like lawyers are abscent..
As per the notification taking by emergency matters only, all court matters adjourned automatically there is no any way to proceed. Hope on oct court running regularly will wait further order but you Should fallow that on online more details contact me thank you

Courts are not taking up cases except for arguments and urgent hearing if your case is posted for any other ancillary things courts are giving dates and courts are open for minimal cases as such courts are not closed.

Court are functioning in limited way as per Covid -19 pendamic issue. Therefore only urgent will be taking for hearing.
Please request your advocate send the SOP of the hon’ble high court as per same again extended till 29tn November.
Court office is open but not proceedings are taking. Normally giving dates. If there is urgency inly you are required to take permission for hearing and also for entry into court premises. please request your advocate to furnsih recent SOP
