Construction of road on my land without compensation by governmnent

Road is being constructed by cotractor through my raiti plot in my village no govt notice received and no compensation has been paid to us.Kindly suggest what should we do in this regard.

KINDLY MADE REPRESENTATION BEFORE THE LAND ACQUITION OFFICER AND DEPUTY COMMISSIONER AND NARRATE ALL THE INCIDENT AND IF THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION THEN YOU MAY FILE WRIT APPLICATION BEFORE THE HIGH COURT

If the road is being constructed in your land without being given compensation then you need to give representation to the deputy commissioner in that particular area where your land is situated and even then no response is given then you need to move before the high court for redressing your grivences

You have right to file complaint to LRDC regarding payment in lieu of acquisition of land for the sake of road purpose. You have absolute right to force the concerning department to release payment on the basis of Rait Owner.
