Complaint for threatening calls from private financier for false case

i took a personal loan from a private financer and i have given my checks to him, i've paid outstanding amount also i've no dues certificate from him. however there's some interest worth 50000 he's still asking and telling me that if i dont give more money to him he will deposit check from different names of his friends and prove criminal offence since i've stopped checks post getting no due certificate from him.
Hello when checque have bounced then .its a criminal offence but u have stop payment that is a plus point but it is proved by evidence in court.

You should immediately contact your bank in this regard and submit application to stop payment on the said cheques which you have given to your financier and also lodge FIR in the police station in this regard. You should also try to resolve the issue with your financier regarding pending interest against you.
