Complaint against friend forcing to marry against parents will.

My friend send proposal and got rejected by my family. No physical contacts. Started friendship after emotionally abusing me. Now forcing to marry. Come into my home and threatening to suicide. Despite clear no started begging my father and defaming me in my circle.

Dear client , In this situation according to my knowledge you should file a FIR to nearest police station for the misbehave, threatening etc. of your friend. or, you can complain in the court for defamation etc. under sec 499 & 500. you can file an informatory petition in the court of S.D.O or C.J.M. in which jurisdiction you resides.

I failed to understand your query. However as I understand, someone who had friendship with you want to marry you but you and your family members don't. Under such circumstance, approach to the concerned police station and narrate your grievance.
