Company asking for agreement breach money again and again

Hello,
I have applied for part time job in a company and i wad made to sign an agreement mentioning if i fail to acheive mentioned accuracy in work i have to pay 10000 rupee as maintenance charges,i have paid those charges and after that they said to pay extra 18000 for breaching agreement and receiving n.o.c after paying this amount and receiving n.o.c they are again telling to pay 12000 and failing to do so they are saying they will issue legal notice and warrant of sec.420 and 406.
Please help sir/ma am as i am a student it has become very serius issue for me.
Don't fall in their trap. They are illegally trying to extract money from you. No case is made out against you and hence, they are only trying to threat you with a case under 420 and 406 ipc. If they further blackmail you with consequences, move a Police complaint against them to the Police.

Dear Client,
As i can understand there is some sort of agreement between the employer and you in which certain clauses were added as long as i am understanding them as such there are violative of company's norm. Therefore it will suitable if you can provide the agreement for better understanding.
