College threatening to file a Writ Petition against me, what to do

I took admission in dental college through allotted govt seat. The college is a private BDS college in Jaipur.I have also given a part of fee but then i took admission in MBBS college(in the middle of the session) So medical certificate was provided for being unfit to attend the class.Now the dental college has notified me to pay the whole fee which is approx 15 lacs or else they will file WRIT PETITION against me. what should i do?
You must invoke the extra ordinary jurisdiction of High court by way filing writ against them. Since the cause of leaving the session in mid is for best of carrier of candidate but this very issue could only be determine by the High court only.

What type type of college it is ? Once you left the college than your matter is over. They can not ask fee you now. You also tell that the service you have not provided for which how they can ask. You tell them that i will not give them
