Clarification on fake FIR filed by wife under Section 498A

Police officers has filed F.I.R. (IPC 498) against me and my entire family on 11.11.2016, they have not taken my answer or any type of signature of me. Now it has been passed 4 months, but till date we have not get any single information from police station or court. Even there is no information is available online about this F.I.R. , and now police officers are not giving clear answer about it.. please help me how to get information about that F.I.R. (Note: Case is Matrimonial Fraud for money and to Destroy our reputation in society and polic officers have done partiality in entire case,) I have very strong evidences of fraud and i have submitted all the evidences to police commissioner. but not actions have been taken, So I asked so many questions through RTI but they replied : we can not do any investigation for you, because girl has lodged F.I.R. "498 IPC" against you.. four months have been passed away... now i can not get any clear answer from anyone about where is that F.I.R.

you can't do anything till the investigation by poolice so you should wait and watch . if you recieved any summons from poolice or court than you can proceed in this matter. poolice procesure is very slow in these type of cases.

From the details submitted by you it appears that police has not registered fir. If fir is registered you can get a copy from the concerned court. As far as fraud with you is concerned, you can file a separate complaint
